Chunky Turkey Tomatoe Sauce

Ingredients
1 pound- Lean Ground Turkey2 Cans- Canned Diced Tomatoes1/2 Cup- Chopped Red Onion1/2 Cup- Green Pepper2 Cloves- Minced garlic1 Cup- Fat Free plain Greek yogurtSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large dutch oven brown the ground turkey on medium heat and drain away fat. Add onion, pepper and garlic until soft. Add canned tomatoes and bring mixture to a simmer. Turn off heat and remove pan from heat. Incorporate Greek Yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
