Hamburger Patty with Portabella Mushroom & Red Pepper

Ingredients
1/3 lb ground chuck patty1/2 portabella mushroom cap sliced and sauteed1/4 diced sweet red pepper1 cup of spicy spring mix2 tbs of sesame vinegarette1 tsp of honey mustard
Directions
Saute mushroom slices in a little coconut oil and set aside.
Cook hamburger patty and red peppers in saucepan and drizzle 1 tbls of the sesame vinegarette over burger and peppers and cook until burger is well done.
Add mushrooms & 1 cup of spring mix. Drizzle 1 tbls of vinegarette over spring mix & mushrooms and saute until lettuce is wilted.
