Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 8cChicken, 12ozCarrots, 8 MediumCelery, 10 StalksMushrooms, 12ozGarlic, 8 ClovesEVOO, 6TbRice, Wild, 3/4c Dry
Directions
Chop all ingredients to desired size. Saute carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic until tender. Cook chicken until done in a dutch oven. Add vegetables to chicken, then add the broth & rice. Cook until rice is done.
