Ingredients
Lentils, 453.5 grams (remove) Split Peas, 368.5 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) *diced tomato, canned, 5 cup (remove) Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove) *1/4 tsp garlic salt, 6 serving (remove) Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tbsp (remove) *(C) Garlic, minced, 6 tsp (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Combine in crock pot and cook on low for 12 hours add water as needed to bring to five quarts

Serving Size: makes 5 quarts so about 20 1 cup servings
