Ingredients
1/4 C Truvia Natural Sweetener1 C Almond Flour - per 3 T Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website1/8 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt2 T Coconut Oil1 Egg, fresh, whole)2 T Half and Half Cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

Put 1/4 of mixture in a mug and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from mug and top with whipped cream if desired. Makes 4 servings Refdrigerate any unused batter and use another day or, bake and freeze for a quick chocolate fix. (Freeze well).
