Ingredients
*Beef (Top Round Roast), 16 oz (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)*gluten-free flour mix, .5 cup (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Rosemary, dried, 2 tsp (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)*Celery Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Brown all ingredients in olive oil and cook 1 hour on high and turn to low
