Ingredients
3-4 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoons oil1/4 cup water1 cup spent grain1 1/2 cup flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
Mix ingredients in order listed, add up to 1/4 cup water. Cook in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
