Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1 eggdash salt
Directions
Beat egg, stir in flour. Knead adding more flour as needed to get a soft dough. Form into a ball. Sprinkle with a little flour and wrap in plastic wrap. Put in fridge for about 25 minutes. Roll out very thin on floured surface. You have to keep well floured while rolling. Roll up jelly roll fashion loosely and cut into strips to your liking. Put in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
