Veggie fritata breakfast sandwich

Ingredients
1 egg plus 1 egg white1/4 cup onion1/2 cup broccoli1/4 cup shedded cheese2 slices rye bread, toasted
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook onion, add chopped broccoli. Mix egg & egg white, pour over veggies. Cook until eggs are done. Top with cheese.

Toast rye bread. Make sandwich
