Sweet Basil Italian Quiche

About 7 large scallions1/2 cu. diced tomato1/2 cu. chopped fresh mushrooms1 cu. finely shredded part skim mozzarella4 large eggs1 tbsp. fresh sweet basil, finely chopped1 tsp. Italian Seasoning1/4 cu. 1% milkAbout 1 oz. grated asiago cheese1 9" frozen pie shell (thawed)Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
7 large scallions, finely chopped (about half way up the "stem") and all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Poor into shell. Add a sprinkle of parmesan across the top, if you wish. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until the top begins to brown and cooked through.
