2 Minute Cake with white flour

Ingredients
1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend1.2 cups flour3 T. cocoa powder1/8 t. baking powder1/2 t. baking soda1/4 t. salt2 T. coconut oil1 egg1/2 T. Half and Half
Directions
Mix together all wet ingredients.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well.
Pour 1/4 of the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Remove from mug. Serve immediately. One serving.

Can garnish with whipping cream, but that would be additional calories that have not been calculated.
