Ingredients
1 head of califlower1 clove minced garlic clove, optional4 tsp soy free vegenaise4 cups spinach
Directions
in a medium pot place water, cauliflower, and spinach. Bring water boil. Allow to boil 6 minutes or until cauliflower and spinach are tender.

Drain veggies. In a medium size bowl add vegenaise and minced garlic,optional,. Mash and blend will with masher.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 7 2 cup servings
