Colored mung bean salad

Ingredients
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 0.5 tbsLime Juice, 15 mLGourmet Garden Garlic, 4 gramsSuraj Whole Mung Beans, 50 gramsRed Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cupBroccoli, fresh, 100 gramsYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 25 gramsPepper, red, sweet, raw, 25 gramsBell Pepper - Orange, 25 grams
Directions
Wash mung beans thoroughly and cook as instructed (30 to 45 minutes). Let them cool off.
Cut onion, broccoli and peppers in to small cubes, after washing them.
Mix olive oil, lime juice and garlic in a small glass jar, add salt to taste (use pink Himalayan salt), close the lid and shake good.
Mix beans, onions, broccoli and peppers in a bowl. Add dressing and mix good.
