Crock Pot Beef Roast Fajitas

Ingredients
1 roast beef1 pkg fajita seaoning1 large onion (I used a sweet Mayan.)1 large red sweet pepper1/2 cup water1 24 oz bottle salsa1 can, 15 oz black beans drained & rinsed
Directions
Place 1/2 cup water in bottom of crock pot.
Add roast.
Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the roast.
Pour jar of salsa over all.
Chop up large onion. Add.
Chop up large pepper. Add.
Pour black beans on top.

Cook @ 6hrs on low.
When done, shred the beef and blend into cooked sauce.

Serving Size: Makes about 12-15 fajitas with the fixin's
