12 cups kale chopped1 C shredded parmasean cheese6 TBS lemon juice6TBS EV olive oil4 cloves garlic1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp red pepper flakes1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
make dressing with last 6 ingred. pour over kale. mix in cheese. let marinate about 30 before serving.
