Shaye's Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground skinless chicken breasts2 fresh anaheim peppers finely diced3 fresh jalapeno peppers finely diced4 small sweet peppers (or 1 large red/yellow/orange bell pepper) finely diced1/2 large spanish onion dinely diced1/2 cup shredded carrots1 large zuccini cubed1 8oz can dark red kidney beans drained1 8oz can black beans drained2 8oz can Red Gold petite diced tomatoes w/juice1 T Ancho chili powder1 T chipotle chili powder1 T New Mexico chili powder1 T ground cumin1 t celery salt1 T crushed garlic1 t fresh ground black peper
Directions
dice all fresh ingredients, combine with ground chicken add seasonings, beans & tomoatoes, stir together in your crock pot and cook for 6 hours
