Blue Cheese & Cherry Meatloaf

1 lb lean ground beef1/2 cup dried cherries1/2 cup reduced fat blue cheese crumbles2 egg whites1 tsp seasoned salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp onion powder1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil1/2 cup bread crumbs
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, cherries, cheese, spices, bread crumbs and the egg whites and mix well.
2. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray and place meat into the pot. Carefully shape into a large round loaf in the center.
3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
4. Carefully lift the meat out of the slow cooker and allow it to rest 15 minutes before cutting.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
