Crustless Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
3 eggs, large3 Tablespoons flour1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)16 ounce small curd low fat cottage cheese10 oz fresh spinach or 10 oz frozed chopped spinach-thawed and well drained.
Directions
Mix together eggs, flour, butter, add cottage cheese, then spinach. Stir til coated and pour into 10" deep pie plate that has been coated with PAM or 9" cake pan.

A double recipe fill a 9X13 pan
