Dwayne's Healthier Banana Nut Bread (Low Sodium-Low Fat)

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupFlax Seed Meal 1/4 cupBaking Soda, 3/4 tspBanana, very ripe fresh, 5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Agave Nectar or Honey, 1/4 cupAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 1/4 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeApplesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tspWalnuts, 3/4 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix together in a bowl Bananas Mash then add Agave Nectar or Honey, Banana Syrup, Almond Milk, Eggs, Applesauce, Vanilla, and Walnuts.

In a large bowl mix WW Flour, Baking Soda, and Flax Seed Meal

Add wet to dry ingredients and fold till just combined.

Fill in lightly greased Bread Pan, Cake Pan, or Muffin Tin
Bake @ 350 till toothpick comes out clean (bread pan about 45 min - 1hr) less time for Cake Pan or Muffins (25-45 Min)

Cool in pan for 5 minutes, remove, and ENJOY!
