Ingredients:*Flour, white, 2 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Allspice, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tspEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp *Zoom 100% whole wheat, .5 cup *BANANNA 6" / 7", 1 serving mashedZucchini, 2 cup, gratedMilk, 1%, .25 cup
sift dry ingredients except sugar together, set aside
whip eggs, sugar, banana, and milk together till fluffy, add zucchini. mix well. add wet mixture to dry mixture until blended. pour into greased bread pan or 12 large muffin tins or 24 medium muffin tins. bake 350* 45-55 minutes or until bread separates from edges of pans and springs back when lightly touched. dump from pan while hot, let cool on wire rack.
