Cod with Seafood Stuffing

Ingredients
1/3 cup plain bread crumbs 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix4 ounces crabmeat 7 oz minced clams salt & pepper to taste2 tsp italian seasoning6, 4 oz cod fillets
Directions
Prepare stuffing as marked on bag use the water from the canned fish instead of tap water and omitting butter. In a medium bowl mix together stuffing, bread crumbs, crabmeat, minced clams and seasonings. Lay cod fillets on a 9 x 13 pan lightly sprayed with a non stick baking spray, Put approx 1/3 to 1/2 cup stuffing on top of each fillet. Wrap ends around stuffing and secure with a toothpick. Bake uncovered for 20 min at 350°. Cover with foil and bake for 10 min longer.
