No Noodle Lasagna

Ingredients
1 cup carrots1 medium onion1 bell pepper1 package mushrooms2 garlic cloves1 can stewed tomatoes1 can spaghetti saucejimmy dean sausage- regular or maple4 zucchinimozzarrella
Directions
In large skillet combine, carrots, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. While veggies are cooking cook the sausage. Add sausage after the 20 minutes are over. Cover and cook for additional 20 minutes. Slice zucchini into long slices. Layer zucchini, sauce, mozzarella cheese. Cook in oven at 400 for 30 minutes.
