Strawberry Banana Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups Rolled Oats2 cups FiberOne cereal1 tsp Baking Powderpinch of salt1 large Banana, mashed3 cups Light Unsweetened Coconut Milk3 cups Water4 egg whites1 tsp vanilla1 tsp agave syrup1 (8oz) package strawberries, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine oats, cereal, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the banana, coconut milk, vanilla, water, egg whites and agave. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined. Add 3/4 of the strawberries and toss to combine gently. Transfer to prepared baking dish and top with remaining strawberries.

3. Bake 35 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed and the top is lightly browned. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes prior to serving.
