Mexican corn

Ingredients
For this recipe, you will need: 1 Tbsp Canola oil1 red bell pepper (chopped) 1 onion (chopped)1 clove of garlic (minced)2-3 tsp of taco seasoning (I mix my own)0.25-0.5 cups of water1.5 cups of frozen corn kernels
Directions
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. When it is warm, add the onion and garlic clove. Let them cook for a couple of minutes. Then, add the red bell pepper. Stir it all up and let it cook for two to three minutes. Add the seasoning and stir it around until fragrant. Add the water, stirring it in thoroughly. Then, add the corn. Stir as it cooks until almost all of the water has been cooked off.
