12 eggs2 tbsp. Hellmans Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mayo1 tsp yellow mustard25 Green Olives
Bring 12 eggs to a boil on the stove with a dash or two of salt. Once boiling let boil 5 mins than shut off stove and put lid on it. Wait another 30 mins. Once cool peel the eggs. Opening them all up and keep two whole eggs and 10 egg whites and throw out the yolks. Add the hellmans and yellow mustard. Crush them all into small pieces. Than cut up the 25 green olives and add them to your egg salad for a tangy favor. And Enjoy!
