Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
Directions
5 Medium Roma Tomatoes, diced3 Jalapeno Peppers, diced1/2 Large White or Sweet Onion, diced1/2 Cup Cilantro, choppedJuice of 1/2 LimeSalt to taste
Dice tomatoes, place in large bowl.
Dice Jalapeno Peppers, leave in seeds for more heat.
Dice Onion.
Chop Cilantro - more or less to taste.
Mix.
Add juice of 1/2 Lime.
Salt to taste - remember your chips will have salt too - so less is ok!
Mix again - serve - or chill and serve!
