Oatmeal, Robin Hood Large Flake uncooked, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup1 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamonEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Canola Oil, 1 1tspCanola Oil, 2 1tsp Splenda, 6 tsp1 tsp vanilla extract, unsweetenedMilk, 3.25%, 0.25 cupNatural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cupMixed Berries, 0.5 cup0.25 cup chopped nuts (optional, and not included in nutritional values)
blend all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and blend well together.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish and bake at 350F for 35-50 minutes, until golden brown on the top and a toothpick pierces clean
