Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups chopped cabbage (bag coleslaw mix)2 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup2 cups rice (cooked)3 pounds lean ground beef (cooked and drained)
Directions
Cook ground beef and drain. Cook rice (works well with brown rice too). Mix all ingredients in 9x13 pan and smooth till even. (Sometimes I squirt a little ketchup into the mix). Cover with aluminum foil. Bake @ 400 degrees for 60 minutes. Freezes well.
