Ground Tofu

Ingredients
Tofu, firm or extra firm, 1 block (Frozen then thawed)Olive Oil, 2 tsp BRAGG Liquid Aminos or soy sauce, 1/8 cupWorcestershire Sauce, 1/8 cupTahini or nut butter, 2 tbsp Onion powder, 2 tspGarlic powder, 2 tspOther spices, such as cumin, cayenne powder, Italian seasoning, etc. as desired.
Directions
*Freeze than thaw tofu.

*Preheat oven to 350.

*Drain tofu and squeeze excess water out just with your hands. Then crumble the tofu.

*Mix together all other ingredients in a bowl and then toss in tofu. Stir together to coat tofu with mixture.

*Grease baking sheet and then spread tofu on sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring tofu halfway through.

*Use in place of ground meat in tacos, enchiladas, spaghetti sauce, soups, chilli, or anything else you can think of.
