Vegetable Ground Beef soup

*Veg: Garlic, raw, 3 clove serv., 1 serving *onion, raw, diced, 0.75 cup Ground beef, extra lean, 250 grams Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Potatoes Raw, 8 oz, dicedBlue Menu beef broth salt free, 3.6 cupPepper, black, 1 tsp Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, .6 cup, pieces or slices Parsley, .25 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Saute garlic and onions in non-stick pot.
Add ground beef and brown thoroughly, add potatoes, carrots, pepper and broth. Simmer 20 mins covered.
Add green beans mushrooms, parsley and water. Simmer for 15 mins covered or until vegetables are cooked to desired softness.
Serving Size: Makes 8 cups.
