8 - oz sour cream1 - 16 oz bag or box of frozen chopped brocolli1 - medium onion chopped finely3 - eggs1 - Bluebonnet stick of margarine1 - box of Jiffy corn mix
Chop a whole onion. Thaw a pack of frozen chopped brocolli. Sauteed chopped onions and thawed broccoli in the same large skillet with a stick of margarine. Mix sour cream and eggs in a bowl. Then, fold in a box of Jiffy Cornmeal. Lastly, pour onions and brocolli and margarine mixture into the bowl with cornmeal. Pour in a pan or casserole dish. Bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Do not overcook.
