3 cups butternut squash puree• 1 cup coconut flour• 2 tsp vanilla• 4 eggs, and 3/4 cup egg whites• 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted• 3-1/2 tsp baking powder• 2 tsp cinnamon• 1 tsp nutmeg• 1 tsp cloves• 4 teaspoons splenda1 tablespoon brown sugar for the topBake Butternut squash and puree, add all ingredients together, bake in cake pan with spray, makes 12 slices
375 for about 45 minutes
