Pulled pork burrito

Ingredients
8 6-8" whole wheat tortillas8 oz cheese, shredded1 can refried beans1 small onion, minced3 roma tomatoes, deseeded and chopped finely2c pulled pork1 packet taco seasoning
Directions
Shake the meat with the taco seasoning in a ziploc bag. Lay each tortilla on a piece of aluminum foil and spread with beans, then place other toppings in a line and fold closed. Roll tightly in the foil. Place in a crockpot on HIGH for 2 hours. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and/or guacamole.
