Ingredients
½ cup Onions, chopped½ cup green bell peppers, chopped3 clove garlic, minced2 tbsp parsley flakes1 c. lentils7 c. organic low sodium vegetable brothSea Salt - to tasteBlack Pepper - to taste
Directions
Place ingredients into slow cooker and mix well. Cook on high for 6 hours, or about 360 minutes.
