250 g light whipping cream20 ml Almond butter190g mild grated cheesedripping from cooked meat
Directions
Take pan drippings, bring to sizzle, whisk in almond butter, then warmed cream, then cheese while keeping it simmering. Simmer 2 minutes then serve.
