Ingredients
1 pint grape tomatoes4 cups baby carrots4 cups broccoli (or any vegetables you prefer!)2 green onions, whites only, cut in half lengthwise OR a few strips of jicama
Directions
Arrange the tomatoes in the shape of a football in the center of a large platter. Arrange the other vegetables concentrically around the tomatoes, one vegetable at a time.
Place the whites of the green onion OR the jicama in the center of the tomatoes, to resemble the laces on a football.
