Eilene's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin3 large eggs Granulated Sugar, 2 cupsSoybean Oil, 3/4 cupWater, 2/3 cupFlour, white, 4 cupsSalt, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Allspice, ground, 1 tsp Raisins, .5 cup, packed
Directions
Stir together oil, water, pumpkin and eggs. Add sugar and stir. In a separate bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in raisins. Pour into 5 mini loaves.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 small loaves, 1/2 inch servings, makes 50 servings.
