Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Cookies

1/2 cup flour1 1/2 cups rolled oats2 scoops vanilla isolate protein powder1 ripe banana, mashed2 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter3 Tbsp PB23 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine the banana, peanut butter, syrup, PB2, applesauce and milk and mix until PB2 is well incorporated. Drop by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 18 cookies
