1 (14oz) jar pizza sauce3 cups water1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & chopped1/2 small red onion, chopped1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 (15oz) can low sodium diced tomatoes, undrained2 pre-cooked Italian sausages, sliced1/2 cup (about 34) turkey pepperoni, sliced in quarters1/2 Tbsp basil1 Tbsp dried oregano8 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste elbow macaroni, cooked & drained1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
1. In the slow cooker, combine the pizza sauce, water, pepper, onion, mushroom, tomatoes, sausage, pepperoni and spices and stir well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
3. Right before serving, stir in cooked pasta and recover. Allow to cook on HIGH an additional 5 - 10 minutes, or until heated through.
4. Serve topped with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
