Granola Protein Pancakes

2 cups Pancake Mix (such as Grain Harvest or Bisquick)1 1/3 cup Water2 scoops Protein Powder (choose your favorite, suck as vanilla or banana)1/4-1/2 cup granola (choose your favorite)1-2 Tbs Flax SeedOptional: Vanilla Extract, Almonds, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, etc.
Mix pancake mix and water.
Add protein powder, granola, flax seed and any other mixins you'd like.
Spray heated pan with cooking spray. Pour batter evenly, as it will separate.
Cover and cook evenly on both sides.
Add Banana or any fruit to garnish.
Serve.
