Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, cooked1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added1 cup instant brown rice1 Tbsp. chile powder1 cup water4 oz, shredded or diced cheddar cheese.
Directions
Cook and drain beef. Add tomatoes, rice, chile powder, and water. Simmer until rice is done. Toss cheese in just before serving.
