Butternut Squash Lasagna

2 c. Butternut Squash2 c. Alfredo Sauce4 oz. Lasagna noodles1.5 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
If the squash isn't cooked, prepare it first, Then pulse in food processor until smooth. Layer 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a rectangle casserole pan (I used a glass one about 7x11) layer 1/2 the squash over the alfredo, smoothing with a spatula, put 1/2 the noodles over the squash (no need to cook first) REPEAT layers, top with shredded cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake at 475 degrees for 30 min., take foil off and lower temp to 350 for another 15-20, til cheese is lightly browned. Let stand 10-15 min. before cutting into servings.
