Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 to 1 tsp. ginger root, minced1 TB. Tahini1/4Cup Soy Sauce1/4 Cup Sesame Oil1/2Cup Onion, chopped1 to 3 TB cilantro, choppedNoodles
Directions
Prepare noodles (not in nutritional count).

Mix first 5 ingredents together. Add to pasta. Add onions and cilantro.

Serve hot or cold.
