2 Cans of Black Beans with Jalapenos (not rinsed)2 Cans of White Beans (Rinsed)2 cans of Ranch Style Beans1 White Onion3 Red Fresno Chilies 3 Pasilla ChiliesCumin PowderCoriander PowderChili PowderChipolte Pepper Powder
Remove seeds from chilies and dice fine.
Dice Onion Fine
Saute onions and chilies with canola oil in small frying pan.
Add spices to your taste.
Rinse White Beans
Add all 6 cans of beans and sauteed vegetables to the slow cooker (crock pot) and simmer for three hours.
Adjust seasonings to your palate.
Serving Size: Standard 1/2 cup serving
