Ingredients
Carl Buddig Lean Corned Beef, 4 packages, choppedOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2Onions, raw, 0.24 cup, chopped Boiled potatoes, 3 cup
Directions
In large pan, saute onions, garlic and corned beef in olive oil until onions are tender. Add cabbage and enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Saute, turning occasionally. When cabbage is wilted, add potatoes and heat through.
Makes 4 large servings.
