Black Beans - canned - Kroger, 1 cup (remove)Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.75 cup (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)*1 med yellow onion, .5 serving (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)*Cumin (ground), 3 tsp (remove)*MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
In a sauce pan combine black beans, black eyed peas, corn, diced tomatoes, diced onion and pepper, and zuchinni, add chili powder, cumin, and sea salt.
Stir to combine and let simmer on low to medium heat for about 40 mins.
