Leva's Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 slices whole wheat (or other) bread1 pound pork sausage8 large eggs2-1/2 cups milk, divided16 ounces shredded Colby Jack Cheese1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Brown sausage and drain at least partially. Grease 9x13 pan; lay bread slices in pan or tear bread into smaller pieces to cover bottom of pan. Layer the browned and crumbled sausage over the bread. Mix the eggs with 1-1/2 cups of milk and pour mixture over the bread and sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sausage, eggs, and bread. Mix the soup and 1 cup of milk and pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45-60 minutes until set and top is lightly browned.
