Ingredients
Slightly fry the celery cut in small pieces , add the mushrooms and stir on high heat, add the onions and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add your leeks and finally your tomato purée and 250 to 500 ml of Oxo vegetable cube. Simmer to the consistency of a ratatouille.Enjoy !
