Stewing beefTrinity mix ( pepper , Celery , Onion ) Frozen Peas and Carrots flourpepperred winebeef broth
brown the trinity, then set aside. Drege the beef in pepper and flour, and brown. add the trinity back in , and deglaze with the red wine.
add the broth then cover and let simmer. after about 20 min add the peas and carrots, and potatoes. let simmer covered for at least another 25 min.
