Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts w/Pocket Cut in Each Whole Grain Bread CrumbsSeasoned Bread CrumbsHoney HamLaughing Cow CheeseDijon MustardHoneyBasting OilButterLemon JuiceWhite Wine (Alcohol Removed)Chicken Stock
Fold 4 Slices of Ham in Half & Spead 1/2 Laughing Cow Cheese on each one. Fold in Half again & Stuff 1 Slice Inside Each Piece of Chicken.
Mix 4T Mustard w/1t Honey & Spread Over Each Piece Of Chicken
Mix Bread Crumbs Together & Coat Each Piece of Chicken in Mixture
Top Each Piece w/a 1/4 Pat of Butter & Bake @ 400 for 20 to 30 minutes
Make Sauce out of 1T Basting Oil, 1/2 Pat of Butter, 1T Lemon Jioce, 2T White Wine & 1/4C Chicken Stock
Simmer Sauce until It Thickens & Pour Over Chicken when Serve
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 10 oz, 5 - 8 oz or 8 - 5 oz servings
